EVERYTHING DiSC WORKPLACE®

Everything DiSC Workplace® is a powerful tool to help individuals and teams become stronger and more effective.

Everything DiSC Workplace is an online assessment that generally takes about 20 minutes.  The results can be sent immediately to the participant or the results can be forwarded to an administrator who will provide the reports to the participants.  Generally, the assessments are shared during a facilitated debrief session.

There are three key parts to the assessment:

• Learning about your own style
• Learning how you react to others
• Learning strategies to increase your effectiveness

The NCAA will provide consultants to facilitate sessions if requested.

Participants understand and appreciate the styles of the people they work with. The result is more effective and productive working relationships.
